If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, this role is tailor-made for you!Key Responsibilities:- Perform crucial collateral administrative duties for middle office clients, encompassing:- Reconciliation of traded positions- Margin call, margin movement, and margin settlement- Issue and dispute resolutionComplete reconciliation for collateral clients, including unmatched and failed cash/trade activity. This will involve direct engagement with clients and brokers to ensure timely investigation and resolution.Support clients in overseeing and monitoring collateral activity, ensuring appropriate follow-up and escalation when required.Prepare and provide accurate reporting in line with broker and client requirements.Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to queries in a professional, timely, and service-focused manner.Investigate, manage, and resolve complex lending-related and trade-related queries, exceptions, and operational issues.Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, controls, and ..... full job details .....
