We are looking for an inspirational and motivated leader to join our established team as Person-Centred Practice Lead. This is a real opportunity to make a difference for the children and young people that we teach. This role combines strategic leadership with classroom practice, enabling you to influence provision across the school whilst maintaining direct involvement in teaching and learning through a 0.5 teaching commitment. Sutherland House School is a non-maintained special school for autistic children and young people aged 3-19. The school is in the heart of the Creative Quarter in the City Centre, located near the Sneinton Avenues market area.
