This role would suit someone who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and is confident providing 1:1 support during lunchtime . You will be working closely with pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, complex needs, and speech and language delays . The successful Midday Supervisor / SEN TA will help ensure pupils are safe, supported and engaged during lunchtime, while providing individualised support based on their needs.
