You''ll help keep lunchtimes safe, calm and enjoyable for pupils.What you''ll be doingSupervising pupils in the dining hall and on the playground or school grounds during the lunch breakEncouraging positive behaviour and following the school''s behaviour policyHelping younger pupils with their lunch, including opening packaging and clearing awayKeeping an eye out for allergies and dietary needs, following the school''s proceduresReporting accidents, incidents and any concerns to the senior member of staff on dutyFollowing the school''s safeguarding, health and safety and first aid proceduresWhat you''ll needPrevious experience working with children (in a school, nursery, club or similar setting)A calm, friendly and confident manner, with the ability to manage groups of pupilsReliable and punctualA basic understanding of safeguarding in a school settingA current first aid certificate is desirableAn enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)Right to work in the UKWhy work with usTerm time only, with all school holidays offRegular work in a ..... full job details .....
