We are looking for reliable and caring Midday Meal Supervisors to join a specialist SEN school

The school supports pupils with ASD, complex needs and behavioural needs, so we''re looking for people who are confident working with children who may require additional support.

• Supervising pupils during lunchtime
• Supporting pupils with their meals and lunchtime routines
• Encouraging positive behaviour and social interaction
• Ensuring pupils remain safe and supported
• Helping to create a calm and positive lunchtime environment

• Previous experience working with children is desirable
• SEN experience is an advantage
• Confidence managing behaviour
• A calm, patient and caring approach
• Reliable and committed individuals

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for part-time school hours, particularly those available between 11:45am and 2:00pm.
