This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and is passionate about creating a safe, positive and enjoyable lunchtime environment. The successful candidate will supervise pupils during lunch breaks, encourage positive behaviour and support children''s wellbeing, while also assisting with first aid responsibilities when required. The Role Supervise primary-aged pupils during lunchtime, both in the dining hall and playground. Ensure children remain safe, happy and appropriately supported throughout their lunch break. Promote positive behaviour and encourage respectful interactions between pupils. Support children with lunchtime routines and encourage independence. Monitor dietary requirements, food allergies and appropriate hygiene practices. Respond calmly and appropriately to minor injuries and first aid incidents.
