Mid Weight Interior Architect

A Mid Weight Interior Architect job is available in Surrey with a luxury residential interior design practice. This role suits a designer with 4+ years'' UK experience in luxury residential or high-end hospitality projects, combining creative design confidence with strong technical detailing skills across concept, design development, technical documentation and project delivery.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop design proposals and client presentations

• Produce coordinated technical drawing packages and schedules

• Create detailed interior architectural information

• Coordinate with internal and external project teams

• Attend project sites and meetings when required

Skills & Experience Required

• 4+ years'' UK project experience workin on luxury residential or high-end hospitality projects

• Strong interior architecture detailing and technical knowledge

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Suite

• Driving licence and access to a car

You should be confident contributing independently while supporting senior colleagues and wider project teams. Clear communication and experience working from concept through detailed design and technical documentation are required.

Salary & Benefits

• -40,000+ dependent on experience

• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
