An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Midweight Designer to join a growing workplace design and build consultancy in Bristol.

The business specialises in creating inspiring, people-focused workplaces and is looking for a designer who combines creativity with commercial awareness. You''ll work directly with clients, helping transform ideas into engaging office environments that enhance employee experience and support business performance.

This role would suit an ambitious designer looking to take ownership of projects and develop their career within a growing, award-winning business.

The Role

• Producing workplace design concepts and space planning solutions
• Developing client briefs and understanding workplace requirements
• Creating mood boards, presentations and design narratives
• Producing test fits and feasibility studies
• Preparing detailed drawing packages
• Undertaking site surveys and client meetings
• Collaborating with project managers and construction teams
• Assisting in the delivery of projects from concept through to completion
• Presenting design proposals to clients
• Keeping up to date with workplace design trends, sustainability initiatives and emerging technologies

About You

• Experience within commercial office design, workplace interiors or D&B fit-out
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong space planning skills
• Ability to produce client-facing presentations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for creating engaging workplaces
• Ambitious, enthusiastic and eager to develop professionally

Desirable

• Revit experience
• SketchUp experience
• Experience working within a design & build environment
• Knowledge of workplace consultancy principles
