Role Overview The Talent Set are delighted to partner with an amazing charity on a fantastic Mid-Value Manager role. This position oversees the development and delivery of targeted fundraising campaigns to attract, retain, and grow mid-value supporters, ultimately increasing income and supporter lifetime value within a dynamic, supporter-centric environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of multi-channel mid-value marketing campaigns aimed at acquisition, retention, upgrade, and supporter engagement. optimise channel mix and messaging to ensure outreach is personalised, timely, and impactful. Collaborate with internal teams to develop supporter journeys and seamless experiences across all touchpoints, fostering long-term relationships. Analyse campaign performance using supporter insights and data to refine strategies and increase return on investment. Manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder relationships, ensuring projects deliver on targets and quality standards. Develop compelling content and creative materials that inspire action across various channels, including digital, mail, and telephony. Build strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and suppliers to ensure high-quality output and innovative approaches. Ensure all activities adhere to industry regulations and best practices, maintaining ethical fundraising standards.
