This is a superb opportunity to join a high-performing and talented team of insurance professionals, whilst inheriting a longstanding and loyal portfolio of Commercial / Corporate accounts generating circa £350K commission and fee income. The clients within this portfolio will range in size and complexity, with income typically sitting between £10,000 - £20,000 each, although there are certainly some outliers earning far more than this. Clients are from a range of industry sectors, both blue and white collar, such as Haulage, Tech and Retail. Benefiting from the support of a dedicated team of Account Handles, Brokers and support personnel, you will be tasked with developing a detailed understanding of your clients'' businesses and ensuring their insurance programme remains robust in an ever-changing risk landscape. Should you discover any exposures to emerging risks, you will suggest ways to mitigate these. It is worth stressing that the focus here is very much on the management and retention of existing accounts, however, you will receive a generous bonus, should you grow the account (25% of renewable business, and 10% for ''one offs'').
