As the Microsoft Technical (not hands-on) Customer Success Manager, you will be part of the specialist team that guides clients on their adoption strategy and consumption, this include current and future helping them to better understand their Microsoft landscape and how to improve their understanding and usage to be of maximum benefit to them. Being a Fasttrack partner you will be a key part of the programme designed to remotely provide best practices and guidance for successfully onboarding workloads within Microsoft 365, including Intune, Defender, Entra, Purview, SharePoint, Teams, and driving adoption of Azure and Copilot/Copilot chat.
