Microsoft M365 and Copilot Specialist

On behalf of UK Parliament, we are looking for a Microsoft M365 and Copilot Specialist (Inside IR35) for a 7 month contract based hybrid in London. Office attendance is 1 day a week. Please note that this role requires an Active SC clearance. Role Profile: This role is a blend of Microsoft 365 platform administration, product ownership, 3rd line support, stakeholder engagement, governance and solution design. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and improving collaboration services, supporting business users, and driving adoption of Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform capabilities. The position is ideal for a hands-on M365 professional with strong platform administration experience across SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Microsoft 365 Groups and Power Platform. As a Microsoft M365 and Copilot Specialist, your main responsibilities will be to:. Administer, configure and support the Microsoft 365 collaboration suite, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, Planner, Viva Engage, Stream and Microsoft 365 Groups.. Support and optimise Microsoft Copilot capabilities, ensuring users gain maximum value from AI-enabled productivity tools..
