Microsoft Dynamics Service Management Systems Administrator 40k DOE Location: London (Office Based) with occasional travel across the South of England. Contract: 6-Month Fixed Term Contract (Full-Time) An established and highly respected building services and maintenance organisation is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Service Management Systems Administrator to join its Operations Support team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated systems professional with experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and service management platforms to play a key role in optimising maintenance operations and supporting the successful delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works. The Role of the Microsoft Dynamics Service Management Systems Administrator The successful candidate will be responsible for testing, configuring and optimising the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Service Management system, ensuring it supports efficient scheduling, compliance and operational performance. Working closely with operational teams, field engineers and stakeholders, they will ensure maintenance data is accurate, workflows are effective and system functionality meets business requirements.
