Microsoft D365 CE/CRM Support Consultant - £40,000 Fully Remote/UK A Microsoft Partner Consultancy are looking for a D365 CRM/CE support consultant to join their growing team. This is a fully remote role for someone with experience supporting Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, working directly with customers to troubleshoots issues within Power Platform/D365 and provide solutions. The Role Provide 1st/2nd line support across Dynamics 365 CE/CRM. Investigate and resolve customer issues within agreed SLAs. Work with customers to understand and troubleshoot problems. Support solutions across the wider Power Platform. Liaise with internal consultants and technical teams where required. About You Experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM. Previous experience in a support or consultancy environment. Good understanding of the Power Platform. Strong communication and customer-facing skills. A proactive approach to problem solving.
