About the role We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Microsoft 365 (M365) Trainer to lead the delivery of our M365 Awareness and Training Programme across Stevenage and East Herts Councils. This is a pivotal role focused on driving Microsoft 365 adoption, enabling behavioural change, and building digital capability across the organisation. You will help staff and elected Members confidently embrace modern ways of working while ensuring they have the skills and support needed to make the most of Microsoft 365 tools. As the Senior M365 Trainer, you will lead and manage a team of trainers and be responsible for developing and delivering a high-quality blended learning programme that supports consistent and effective use of Microsoft 365 across both councils.
