We are seeking an experienced 3rd Line Support Microsoft 365 Engineer with strong expertise across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and a specialization in Messaging and Collaboration Services. The successful candidate will act as a senior technical escalation point for complex incidents, problems, and service requests, providing expert-level support for Microsoft Exchange Online, mail flow, security, compliance, and hybrid messaging environmentsKey Skills andamp; Experience: Experience supporting complex messaging environments involving Exchange mail flow, Proofpoint, Clearswift, Egress, or PGP.Provide expert 3rd line support for enterprise messaging platformsManage and troubleshoot complex email security, encryption, and compliance solutions.Investigate and resolve issues relating to:Email delivery and routingSecure email encryptionMessage hygiene and filteringAnti-spam and anti-phishing policiesData Loss Prevention (DLP)False positives and quarantine managementSecure mail exchange with external partnersConfigure and ..... full job details .....
