Microsoft 365 Copilot and Digital Workplace Engineer (Hybrid)

Harvey Nash are currently recruiting for a Microsoft 365 Copilot andamp; Digital Workplace Engineer on a permanent basis for a Birmingham based client.The postholder will lead the effective, secure, and well governed introduction and use of Microsoft Copilot and agents across the organisation and act as the SME in owning the Copilot service life cycle within the company. This includes readiness, onboarding, configuration validation, governance, adoption, optimisation, and controlled evolution.The client is looking for someone who has:Practical experience of deploying, operating, or enabling Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 within a similar sized organisationStrong understanding of Microsoft 365 identity, permissions, and information access, and how they affect Copilot behaviourExperience supporting user adoption, capability improvement, or change focused initiativesGood working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Graph, and Microsoft Search sufficient to diagnose issues, validate outcomes, and support readiness activities (without owning platform ..... full job details .....
