This is a full-time permanent position. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership and expertise across the company's microfluidic activities, driving the development, integration and application of microfluidic technologies across multidisciplinary projects. Lead the experimental validation and iterative optimisation of microfluidic performance, including droplet generation, flow control and droplet sorting. Maintain and develop the microfluidic platform, introducing innovative approaches to improve its capabilities and performance. Design and develop microfluidic devices and technologies for the high-throughput screening of plastic-depolymerising enzymes. Lead microfluidic device fabrication, testing and optimisation. Develop and integrate optical and optofluidic systems for the detection, measurement and sorting of droplets. Analyse and interpret experimental data to support the development and optimisation of screening technologies. Work proactively with researchers across multiple disciplines, including biochemists, chemists, bioinformaticians ... Contract
