Recruit4staff are representing a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing business in their search for a Microbiology Associate to work in Wrexham Job Details: Pay: £16.18 - £18.13 per hour (DOE) inclusive of 24% shift allowance Hours of Work: 4 on 4 off, 8:00am to 7:00pm, with flexibility on start and finish times Duration: Temporary (6 months) Job Role: The Microbiology Associate will support the QC Microbiology team by carrying out routine microbiological testing and environmental monitoring activities in accordance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements. The Microbiology Associate will contribute to product quality and sterility assurance by ensuring laboratory activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with documented procedures. The successful Microbiology Associate will manage their own training and development, support continuous improvement initiatives, and help maintain a safe, compliant, and inspection-ready laboratory environment.
