This company is renowned for its customer-focused and science-driven approach, providing an inspiring environment for professional growth and development.What You Will Do:• Deliver high-quality customer service by organising your workload efficiently and ensuring accurate, timely results.• Perform a range of routine and investigative analyses, including Bioburdens, Total Viable Aerobic Count, and Environmental Monitoring.• Supervise and train junior team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform routine tasks and methods.• Support method development, transfers, and validation protocols, collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders.• Maintain laboratory equipment and systems, troubleshooting and ensuring optimal performance.• Actively participate in client meetings, delivering presentations and managing small projects or defined areas of larger projects.What You Will Bring:• Recent microbiology experience, working to GMP.• Experience as a line manager for at least 1-2 people (junior team leader position).• A degree or PhD in a relevant scientific discipline, or equivalent laboratory experience.• ..... full job details .....
