We''re looking for a Micro Space Planner to play a crucial role in driving sales and profitability through smart, customer-focused space planning. If you''re passionate about retail, data-driven decision-making, and helping customers find what they need with ease, we want to hear from you.

What You''ll Be Doing:

• Creating and maintaining accurate, customer-centric planograms that optimise product placement across store formats.

• Leveraging micro space data and performance insights to ensure efficient and effective use of shelf space.

• Supporting the development of category strategies by aligning range plans with space allocations.

• Working cross-functionally with Category, Supply Chain, and Store Operations teams to ensure successful planogram execution.

• Analysing store and product performance data to maximise sales and profitability at the fixture level.

What We''re Looking For:

• A strong understanding of space planning principles, ideally with experience using tools like JDA, Spaceman, or Blue Yonder.

• Commercially minded, with the ability to balance customer needs with business goals.

• Excellent attention to detail with a passion for accurate ranging and product presentation.

• Collaborative and communicative - you''ll be working across multiple teams.

• Experience in a retail, FMCG, or merchandising environment is highly desirable.
