We have opportunities available on both permanent days working a 12-hour shift pattern. Here''s What You Can Expect To Be Doing As an Operational Trainer, you''ll play a vital role in developing our people and ensuring they have the skills, knowledge and confidence to work safely and effectively. You''ll: Deliver engaging practical and classroom-based training Lead inductions for new starters and agency colleagues Train, assess and re-certify colleagues on MHE equipment Support compliance with health and safety standards across the site Maintain accurate training records and certification data Work closely with Operational, HR and Health and Safety teams Identify opportunities to improve training effectiveness and operational performance Ensure mandatory training requirements are completed across your shift A Few Things About You We''re looking for someone who is passionate about ..... full job details .....
