As the Recovery Worker, you will manage a caseload of individuals requiring early intervention and preventative mental health support, helping them build resilience, improve wellbeing, and achieve their personal goals. You will deliver structured group activities and programmes, promote peer support opportunities, and empower service users to actively participate in planning and co-producing their support.
