As a Recovery Worker, you will provide compassionate, person-centred support to individuals experiencing mental health crises, both face-to-face and by telephone, creating a safe and inclusive environment. You will assess immediate needs and risks, use de-escalation techniques, and provide emotional and practical support tailored to each individual. Working collaboratively with service users, you will develop safety plans, coping strategies, and appropriate onward referrals.
