As the Recovery Worker, you will manage a caseload of individuals requiring early intervention and preventative mental health support, helping them improve their wellbeing and achieve positive outcomes. You will deliver group activities and structured programmes, clearly explain the service model, and support service users to actively participate in co-producing their support plans.
