MHCA Recovery Worker

Right now, we are looking for an MHCA Recovery Worker to play a pivotal role in our Mental Health Crisis Alternatives service in Hillingdon. Sounds great, what will I be doing? As the Recovery Worker, you will manage a caseload of individuals requiring early intervention and preventative mental health support, helping them improve their wellbeing and achieve positive outcomes. You will deliver group activities and structured programmes, clearly explain the service model, and support service users to actively participate in co-producing their support plans. Working in partnership with community mental health teams, social workers, housing providers, healthcare professionals, and employment services, you will promote engagement with wider support networks. You will monitor health, wellbeing, and safety, complete timely assessments and reviews, maintain accurate records, support colleagues, and contribute to the effective delivery and continuous improvement of the service.
