The Role This is a hands-on operations leadership role covering binders, governance, claims, bordereaux, finance, and underwriting support functions across a specialist MGA book. You will have genuine scope to shape and improve how the operation runs. Key Responsibilities Binder management: audits, adherence to terms, performance reporting, profit commission, renewals and mid-term adjustments, binder broker liaison Governance: product oversight, sanctions checking, internal audit (incl. 2nd line assurance), tax, peer review, underwriting authority level management Claims: loss funds, payments, fee payments and recoveries, SLA monitoring Bordereaux: production accuracy, disbursement and recuperation of funds, reconciliation of cumulative bordereaux Finance: aged debt, unallocated cash and query management ...
