About the School:

This school is looking for a passionate and committed Modern Foreign Languages Teacher, fluent in both French and Spanish, to join their vibrant and supportive team in Uckfield.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging French and Spanish lessons that inspire students and promote language proficiency.
• Create a positive and motivating classroom environment where students feel supported.
• Assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to encourage development.
• Collaborate with MFL department colleagues to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
• Take part in extracurricular activities and contribute to the wider school community.

Qualifications andamp; Experience:

• Fluency in both French and Spanish, with strong skills in both spoken and written language.
• A qualified teacher (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent) with experience teaching MFL at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. Key Stage 5 experience is desirable but not essential.
• A passion for teaching and motivating students to develop their language skills.
• Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive team player who enjoys collaborating with others.
