anduuml;andnbsp; Delivering dynamic and interactive lessonsandnbsp;in French and/or Spanish (or other languages), using authentic materials and real-world contexts.
anduuml;andnbsp; Embedding cultural awarenessandnbsp;and global perspectives into your teaching to bring languages to life.
anduuml;andnbsp; Incorporating language acquisition strategies, such as scaffolding, target language use, and retrieval practice, to support long-term retention.
anduuml;andnbsp; Tracking student progressandnbsp;through formative assessment and differentiated instruction.
anduuml;andnbsp; Contributing to enrichment activities, such as language clubs, international days.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
anduuml;andnbsp; Hasandnbsp;experience teaching MFLandnbsp;at secondary level and a strong grasp of the UK curriculum (desirable but not essential).
anduuml;andnbsp; Is passionate aboutandnbsp;language pedagogy, with a creative approach to teaching grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
anduuml;andnbsp; Usesandnbsp;technology-enhanced learning toolsandnbsp;(e.g., Quizlet, Linguascope, Duolingo Classroom) to boost engagement and fluency.
anduuml;andnbsp; Demonstratesandnbsp;excellent classroom managementandnbsp;and the ability to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
anduuml;andnbsp; Holds aandnbsp;current DBS certificateandnbsp;or is willing to obtain one.
