Key Responsibilities:
andbull; Planning and delivering engaging MFL lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4, with Key Stage 5 available for the right candidate.
andbull; Fostering a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere where every student feels encouraged to participate and succeed.
andbull; Employing a variety of teaching strategies to address diverse learning needs and make language learning enjoyable, relevant, and impactful.
andbull; Regularly assessing, tracking, and reporting on student progress, using data to tailor teaching and support individual growth.
andbull; Promoting cultural awareness through enrichment activities such as themed days, clubs, and international trips.
andbull; Supporting the development of the MFL curriculum by bringing fresh ideas and creativity to the department.
andbull; Fully engaging in school life andndash; collaborating with colleagues, attending CPD sessions, and contributing to a positive staff culture.
Who Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
andbull; A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent) and strong subject knowledge in French and/or Spanish andmdash; unqualified candidates passionate about teaching languages are also encouraged to apply!
