What You Will Drive:
Design and deliver dynamic, immersive language lessons in French and/or Spanish across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
Engage students with innovative teaching strategies, real-world materials, and digital tools to bring language and culture to life.
Foster curiosity and a growth mindset, empowering students to become confident, articulate, and passionate global communicators.
Develop and implement an inclusive, forward-looking MFL curriculum that meets the diverse needs of learners.
Lead and support vibrant extracurricular language initiatives, such as cultural exchanges, international trips, and language clubs.
Use data-driven assessment strategies to track progress and ensure students are excelling in language acquisition.
Collaborate with a forward-thinking MFL department to refine teaching methods, share best practices, and drive student engagement.
What We''re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards QTS in the UK.
A degree in French, Spanish, or a relevant language discipline.
