A well-regarded secondary school near Chichester is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This full-time role runs through to December 2025, with a strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
The school offers a supportive and collaborative environment, and youandrsquo;ll be part of an experienced MFL department delivering engaging lessons in French and/or Spanish across Key Stages 3 and 4. The role is suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) with a genuine passion for language education and cultural enrichment.

Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality lessons in French and/or Spanish that motivate and challenge pupils
Differentiate instruction to meet varied learning needs and abilities
Promote a positive classroom culture that values curiosity and respect
Monitor and assess student progress, providing clear and constructive feedback
Support extracurricular language activities, including clubs and trips

Candidate Profile:
Degree in French, Spanish, or a closely related subject (essential)
QTS or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred)
Experience teaching MFL at KS3 and KS4
Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for language learning
Effective classroom management and communication skills
