Supply Desk is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Great Missenden this September. Whether your expertise is in French, Spanish, or both, this is your opportunity to spark curiosity and foster a love for languages among students.

This role goes beyond grammar and vocabularyandmdash;it''s about helping students understand and engage with the wider world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and inclusive MFL lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 teaching may be available for suitable candidates).
• Create a supportive and stimulating classroom where students feel confident to participate and progress.
• Adapt your teaching to meet diverse learning needs and make language learning enjoyable and meaningful.
• Monitor and assess student progress, using data to inform your planning and personalise support.
• Contribute to the schoolandrsquo;s cultural life through clubs, language-themed events, and international trips.
• Bring new ideas and energy to the MFL department, supporting curriculum development.
• Collaborate with staff and engage actively in the wider school community, including CPD and whole-school initiatives.

Who We''re Looking For:

• A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent) and strong subject knowledge in French and/or Spanish andndash; passionate unqualified candidates will also be considered.
• A confident communicator and engaging classroom practitioner who builds positive relationships with students.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is proactive in contributing to school life.
• An educator driven by a belief in high expectations and the power of language learning.
• Open to both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced professionals.
