Supply Desk is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated MFL Teacher for a fantastic opportunity in a thriving secondary school in Milton Keynes, starting in September 2025. This role offers the chance to inspire and engage students in learning languages and broadening their global awareness.
About the Role:
Teach Modern Foreign Languages (French, Spanish, or German) across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable but not essential).
Deliver dynamic, well-structured lessons that engage learners and support language acquisition.
Set high expectations for students and use a variety of assessment methods to track progress.
Work as part of a committed and collaborative languages department.
Promote cultural understanding and language skills across the school.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have recent teaching experience within a UK secondary school (MFL specialism essential).
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - applications from ECTs and unqualified teachers with strong subject knowledge are also welcome.
Be passionate about teaching languages and committed to pupil success.
Be confident in classroom management and able to adapt to different teaching environments.
Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills.
