What You Will Drive:
Design and deliver immersive, interactive lessons in French and/or Spanish across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential KS5 opportunities
Bring language and culture alive through innovative pedagogy, authentic materials, and digital learning tools
Inspire curiosity and foster a growth mindset in students, empowering them as confident, global communicators
Develop and implement an inclusive, forward-thinking MFL curriculum tailored to diverse learning needs
Lead and support vibrant extracurricular language initiatives, including cultural exchanges and international events
Employ data-driven assessment strategies to monitor progress and accelerate language proficiency
Collaborate closely with a passionate MFL team to drive continuous improvement and student engagement
What We''re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards QTS in the UK
Degree in French, Spanish, or a relevant language discipline
Proven expertise in language teaching methodology and classroom innovation
Ability to confidently teach one or both languages through GCSE; A-Level experience is advantageous
