Job Description:
anduuml;andnbsp; Design and deliver captivating lessons:andnbsp;Engage students with creative and interactive teaching methods that spark curiosity and enthusiasm. Make every lesson a verb-al adventure!
anduuml;andnbsp; Promote a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere:andnbsp;Implement strategies to maintain a respectful and supportive learning environment. Ensure your classroom is a place where everyone can say "oui" to learning.
anduuml;andnbsp; Evaluate and support student progress:andnbsp;Provide insightful feedback and tailor your approach to meet the diverse needs of your students. Help them navigate the tricky tenses and tricky translations.
anduuml;andnbsp; Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to school life:andnbsp;Participate actively in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities. Be a key player in the school''s cultural exchange.
anduuml;andnbsp; Address the needs of students with special educational needs (SEN):andnbsp;Develop personalised plans to ensure all students can succeed.andnbsp;
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
anduuml;andnbsp; Have experience teaching MFL in a secondary school:andnbsp;Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential. Be ready to teach students to say "hello" in multiple languages.
anduuml;andnbsp; Be adaptable and proactive:andnbsp;Ready to embrace challenges and support students in overcoming obstacles to learning.
anduuml;andnbsp; Exhibit excellent communication skills:andnbsp;Able to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Communicate with the precision of a well-placed accent mark.
anduuml;andnbsp; Hold a current and valid DBS check or be willing to obtain one:andnbsp;Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
