Clarence Recruitment is working closely with a successful secondary school in Lincoln seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Modern Foreign Languages Teacher to join their thriving Languages Department from the new academic term.

The Role


As a Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages, you will:

  • Teach French and Spanish across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Deliver engaging, creative, and challenging lessons that inspire a love of languages.
  • Encourage students to develop practical communication skills and cultural understanding.
  • Plan and deliver lessons that support progress for learners of all abilities.
  • Monitor, assess, and track student achievement effectively.
  • Contribute positively to curriculum development and departmental initiatives.
  • Support and promote enrichment opportunities, trips, and activities that enhance language learning beyond the classroom.


We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Can teach both French and Spanish to Key Stage 4.
  • Has excellent subject knowledge and a genuine passion for language learning.
  • Demonstrates strong classroom management and effective teaching practice.
  • Has high expectations for achievement, behaviour, and student engagement.
  • Is committed to raising standards and securing positive outcomes for students.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a successful and supportive team.
  • Is enthusiastic about contributing to the wider life of the school.
