What you'll be doing:

• You'll be designing and delivering engaging French lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5 (A-level), fostering strong communicative skills and cultural understanding.
• It's about bringing the language to life, encouraging confident speaking, listening, reading, and writing, and exploring the richness of Francophone cultures.
• You'll actively contribute to a collaborative department, sharing best practices and supporting student progress.

What we're looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialism in French and the ability to teach a second language (e.g., Spanish) if required.
• Proven experience teaching French effectively across the secondary age range, with a track record of strong student outcomes.
• A deep and current understanding of the MFL curriculum and a commitment to innovative and immersive teaching methods.
• Strong communication skills, effective classroom management, and a genuine ability to inspire linguistic confidence.
