MFL Teacher - Buckinghamshire

Quantum Scholars are excited to be working with a highly regarded secondary school in Buckinghamshire that is seeking a motivated and experienced MFL Teacher (French and Spanish) to join their team immediately.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality Modern Foreign Languages lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring a love for French and Spanish while supporting their academic progress. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive school environment committed to professional development and student success.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Expertise in teaching French and Spanish at secondary level

• Enhanced DBS check (must be valid and up to date)

• Strong lesson planning and classroom management skills

• Ability to engage and motivate students of varying abilities

• Available to start as soon as possible

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Must have a Right to Work in the UK

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in French and Spanish, tailored to meet curriculum objectives and student needs

• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and enthusiasm for languages

• Collaborate with department colleagues and contribute to extracurricular activities such as language clubs or trips

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and academic performance

• Adhere to school policies, including safeguarding and health and safety procedures
