A welcoming secondary school in Ashford is seeking an enthusiastic and committed MFL Teacher to join their team from September 2026 on a 1-year maternity cover contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher of French and Spanish who can inspire students and deliver engaging lessons across KS3.

The Role:

• Teaching French and Spanish to KS3 students
• Full-time position, 5 days per week
• Planning and marking responsibilities included
• Long-term commitment required for the full academic year
• Supportive department and well-resourced school environment

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold UK QTS
• Have experience teaching both French and Spanish at KS3
• Be reliable, organised, and passionate about languages
• Be able to commit to a long-term placement from September
• Have strong classroom management skills and a positive approach to learning

This role would suit an experienced teacher or an ambitious MFL specialist looking for a rewarding long-term opportunity within a supportive secondary school.
