Additive Manufacturing and 3D ScanningLocation: Leamington SpaSalary: 32,000 package + bonus + car allowanceHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am . 5:30pmTravel: Approximately 30-50% across the UK, with occasional international travelA leading engineering technology business is looking for an Applications Engineer to join its growing technical team, supporting a portfolio of advanced 3D scanning, additive manufacturing and digital manufacturing technologies.This is a hands-on, customer-facing role combining applications engineering, technical support, product demonstrations, training and equipment installation.The RoleInstall, support and troubleshoot 3D scanning and additive manufacturing systemsDeliver technical demonstrations, training and workshops to customersSupport sales teams with technical advice during pre-sales activitiesProvide ongoing applications support to existing customersAssist with servicing, repairs and preventative maintenanceProduce customer sample parts and support manufacturing projectsInterpret engineering drawings, CAD data, tolerances and technical specificationsTravel to customer sites across the UK and occasionally overseasRequirementsDegree/HNC/HND or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Product Design or similarGood working knowledge of CAD softwareExperience within manufacturing, mechanical engineering, product development or technical supportConfident communicating and presenting ..... full job details .....
