Hands-on role - you work on the tools AND lead the squad. Role: Lead 2-8 man teams installing balustrades, handrails, staircases, feature metalwork, secondary steel Setting out, QA, architectural finish - mill to mirror HSEQ - RAMS, toolbox talks, permits Liaison with main contractor Essential Tickets: CSCS Black Card (Manager) or Gold Supervisor Card SMSTS / SSSTS (SMSTS preferred) IPAF 3a & 3b, PASMA, First Aid Full UK Driving Licence Slinger / Banksman advantageous Background: Time-served architectural metalwork / steelwork / facade installer Proven site supervision experience on high-end projects Package: PAYE:-/ hour + 2.5 hrs paid travel per day when local & travelling Overtime + 39 hr week when local + holiday + pension + van / fuel card / phone -/ hour DOE + lodge allowance when away Stable private company, long-term work, quality projects Genuine work/life balance - 50% local with 3-day weekend Permanent
