Reporting to the Night Shift Production Manager, you will take responsibility for leading the Metal Shop and Powder Coating operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and health & safety requirements are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Supervise and support Metal Shop and Powder Coating teams on the night shift. Lead, motivate, develop and coach operators to achieve high levels of performance. Ensure production schedules and targets are met while maintaining quality standards. Provide technical support across key manufacturing processes.
