About the Role

We''re looking for a reliable and hands-on Metal Polisher to join our client''s busy team in Havant. a great opportunity for long-term work with consistent hours and excellent pay. No prior metal polishing experience? No problem! If you''ve worked in a metal environment, such as welding, fabrication, sanding, grinding etc and are comfortable with hand tools, we''d love to hear from you.

Shift Pattern

• 2-Week Rotating Shifts
• Week 1: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Week 2: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You''ll Do

• Polish stainless-steel components to a professional finish
• Perform fettling, grinding, deburring, and polish out weld seams
• Follow safety protocols and operating procedures
• Keep your workspace clean and organised
• Communicate with the Production Manager to stay on schedule

What We''re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Basic experience with hand tools or similar equipment
• Ability to work rotating shifts
• Positive, can-do attitude
