This role will focus on polishing and finishing stainless steel components to a high visual standard, supporting bespoke projects including balustrades, handrails, and structural features. Key Responsibilities Polishing and finishing stainless steel to a high cosmetic standard Working on bespoke architectural metalwork including handrails, balustrades, and feature pieces  Using handheld tools and machinery to achieve brushed finishes Dressing welds and preparing fabricated components for final finishing Reading drawings and working to tight tolerances Ensuring all work meets quality standards and client specifications Supporting fabrication teams to complete jobs from start to finish Experience Required Proven experience polishing stainless steel in a fabrication or metalwork environment Background in architectural metalwork, sheet metal, or fabrication Strong experience with finishing techniques (graining, linishing...
