Connect Appointments is recruiting a Metal Polisher to join an established Oldham-based manufacturer on a permanent basis.

Our client is an innovative manufacturing business producing specialist products across a range of sectors, including pharmaceutical, telecoms and food infrastructure.

What''s on offer?

• A four-day working week, Monday to Thursday, 7am to 5:30pm
• Paid at -15.00 per hour
• Full-time permanent position

As a Metal Polisher, your duties will include:

• Applying a variety of finishes across different metals to a consistently high standard
• Managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively throughout the shift
• Working as part of a close-knit team on a varied range of manufacturing projects
• Adhering to all workplace health and safety procedures at all times

The ideal Metal Polisher will have:

• A proven track record in metal polishing or a similar finishing trade
• The ability to work well under pressure and meet production targets
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to use their own initiative
