The Role We are looking for a motivated and reliable Metal Joining Operative to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be involved in precision metal joining processes, producing high-quality components and assemblies to exact customer specifications. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions. Prepare and clean components prior to joining processes. Conduct visual inspections to ensure products meet quality requirements. Complete manufacturing documentation and job records accurately. Work in accordance with company procedures and quality standards, including AS9100 requirements. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Support continuous improvement activities within the department. Skills and Experience Desirable experience includes: Previous experience in welding, brazing, soldering or precision assembly Expe.rience working within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
