Metal Finisher

You ll be part of a team producing precision components used in a very complex device designed to save lives.These components are produced on highly advanced CNC machines and you will be responsible for their preparation before the anodising, plating and painting processesYou ll be running a series of linishing, rumbling and vibrating deburring machines, degreasing, anodising and polishing, checking components against engineering drawings and then transfering the components to the anodising departmentSome components require masking to protect surfaces from the chemicals usedYou ll need commercial experience in abrasive cleaning, deburring, degreasing, demonstrating safety knowledge in the handling of hazardous chemicalsThere s lot of available overtime on 2 shifts; 8am to 4.45pm Monday to Friday OR a rotating early 6am-2pm and 1.45pm-10pm shift pattern if preferred (the shift option comes with a 22.5% pay uplift) in this very clean and modern factoryCV not ready?
