Alliance Personnel are seeking a Metal Finisher to join one of their clients based in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in working with sheet metal. As a Finisher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through precise fabrication and assembly processes. Duties Fabricate and assemble components from sheet metal according to specifications. Weld, grind, and finish parts to ensure they meet quality standards. Utilise hand tools and machinery effectively to perform tasks efficiently. Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with specifications. Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and resolve any issues that may arise during production.
