The Role As a Metal Dresser / Finishing Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring all fabricated and machined components are finished to the highest possible standards prior to dispatch or further processing. Key responsibilities include: Dressing and finishing metal components to both customer and internal standards Removing sharp edges, burrs, weld spatter, and surface defects Using hand tools, grinders, linishers and polishing equipment Carrying out bright polishing, graining, and satin finishing Preparing components for painting, coating, or assembly Conducting visual and dimensional ..... full job details .....
